PUBLIC WALKS

Public walks are 1.5-3 hour sessions (depending on the season) and can range from 3 to 10 participants. These walks are offered on weekends and evenings. They are generally for ages 14+ and are geared toward adults (unless specified as a 'family walk').

In addition to the health & wellness benefits of this nature connection practice, a public forest therapy walk is a unique way to meet like-minded members of your community. It creates the space to be heard and to consider the experiences & stories of others. I've had many participants tell me what a deep shift in perspective the walk was for them. They may come to a forest walk as strangers, but many leave the woods as friends who have shared something truly special. Click here to read more about what to expect on a forest bathing walk.
